"First, the description was accurate and check in was a breeze. David was proactive asking about out arrival times etc, letting us know the space was avaiable early and notified us we could check out late if needed. This property was perfect for us to explore nearby beaches, restaurants and a lovely spot to just hang. We love having the shade on the deck in the morning and watching the stellar sunsets. Highly recommend. "

"Beautiful property right on the beach. The condo had everything you could want for a comfortable stay and the sunsets and overall view of the ocean was magnificent. David, the owner, was very helpful with recommendations, etc. This was our first time to Costa Rica and couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. "We stayed for 3 months during the high season Dec 1-February 28, 2015. Very comfortable, everything worked and photographs are accurate. Extremely comfortable king bed in master and plenty of towels and linens, and a well stocked kitchen as well. Pool was only steps away and very refreshing. The unit was a little on the dark side and the complex attracted a lot of seniors, but overall, a 5 star stay!"

"My family and I stayed here for 5 nights in April. The location of the condo is great. The listing is very accurate. Minutes to the beach. The building has 24 hour staff/security. Each and every one of them were extremely friendly and helpful. They were great. The pool was really really great for us. A reprieve from the heat. Pool was well taken care of and clean. Condo itself was set up really well. Beds were great. AC units are awesome and quiet . Each controlled by a remote. The outside space...

"My cousins and I stayed here to experience Playa de Coco. This house allowed us to be extremely close to shops and restaraunts. We werent able to use the pool due to the rain. But the area was beautiful! Easy check in process. Definitely recommend this house! "
