While there was a lot of construction in Las Catalinas during our stay, the location of the house by the beach and all the restaurants of the town was incredible. "Beautiful property right on the beach. The condo had everything you could want for a comfortable stay and the sunsets and overall view of the ocean was magnificent. David, the owner, was very helpful with recommendations, etc. This was our first time to Costa Rica and couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. "Great place, amazing view, place is on 2nd floor no elevator. Communicate was not the greatest hard to contact someone at regular number only by Emergency #. Checkout list was not listed on confirmation or told there was a check out to do list till the day before check out and do to bad reception/cell service we didn’t know till the next day."

"We stayed for 3 months during the high season Dec 1-February 28, 2015. Very comfortable, everything worked and photographs are accurate. Extremely comfortable king bed in master and plenty of towels and linens, and a well stocked kitchen as well. Pool was only steps away and very refreshing. The unit was a little on the dark side and the complex attracted a lot of seniors, but overall, a 5 star stay!"
