"The location is great, right by the best beach and walking distance to Jaffa and Neve Tzedek - but the hotel is very run down - it needs a big make over. The carpets are super dirty, so are the chairs and couches. The floors are very scratched/damaged - and the windows were so dirty it was hard to look through them. They gym is VERY minimal. I am sure the hotel was super cool when it opened - but it it looks like it's been a party hotel for years and it is in desperate need of a make over."

"Outstanding location. This hotel is centrally located, close to great restaurants and markets. Very quiet rooms and good service. Outside area was cosy, but could use better cleaning, since it was sometimes too messy."
