Comfort and Friendliness with a View
My sister and I were in Israel for 24 days, and we came back to the Prima Tel Aviv twice. We paid a slight upgrade so we'd have the incredible view of the sea and some extra seating to spread out over 3-day weekends. The staff was terrific--they greeted us like old friends on our second stay. The buffet breakfast is wonderful and delicious. The location is within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach and the promenade. It's a fairly small hotel so it feels very homey--the lobby is comfortable and always offers hot coffee or tea. We loved the Prima and will surely come back again.

Das Hotel hat Superlage nah am Strand, Strandpromenade und Zentrum. Deluxe Zimmer sind schön und modern eingerichtet, schade dass es keinen Balkon gibt und Fenster nur gekippt werden kann. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ist lecker und reichhaltig (auch wenn es keinerlei Wurst gibt, braucht man aber auch nicht unbedingt) Sternabzug wegen dem auf der Hotelseite angebotenen Transfer zum Flughafen. Unser Taxi kam einfach nicht und bei Anruf auf die Notfallnummer hieß es lapidar dass er nicht kommt und dass trotz einer Reservierungsgebühr die wir jetzt zurück fordern müssen, außerdem mussten wir kurzfristig anderes Taxi suchen und dafür mehr bezahlen. Ich kann dieses Hotelservice nicht empfehlen bucht Taxi lieber selbst

perfect breakfast
location is very good, front of the beach, amazing breakfast, clean , and croissant , coffee, and drinking cold water serve 7/24 at the lobby free of charge, tom in tje lobby , was very helpfull . easy check in , it was higly recommended.

Wonderful location, comfortable bed, and fabulous staff! They were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was fine, albeit a bit short for us vegans. The only negative was the elevators, which were quite small and didn't have automatically opening doors.

My room was tiny, clean but not in the best condition. Very loud outside noise at night. The location was wonderful and the staff were very nice. My stay was pleasant but would not book again.

Please note you chose a hotel in front of the beach and bellow there is the Greek Yassou Restaurant sometimes it's a bit noisy on weekend. It's Tel Aviv ;-) Hope to see you again! Alles in Ordnung - sehr zuvorkommender Service
Super Lage beim Strand, bequeme Betten und sehr guter Service mit Late Checkout Möglichkeit bis 13 Uhr. Sea View ist nur bei der Deluxe Kategorie möglich, aber auch aus den Superior Zimmern konnte man seitlich das Meer sehen. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage hört man den Verkehr, was aber in den oberen Stockwerken nicht besonders laut ist.

Poor value for money - stay away
Definitely not a 4* hotel and the level of cleanness and maintenance is not even meeting the expectations for a 3* one. Everything in the room is in a dire state - soiled and dirty sofa, missing lights, dirty air conditioner and vent, windows have apparently not been cleaned in this century. There's no iron in the room and you need to go to the basement where there's a dirty iron with a broken power cable, so use it at your own risk of electrocution

The place is very nice' the room is of good size, the staff is friendly, good breakfast. Two cons - one is that beacuase the windows are not sound proof, and the location is very central. there is lots of noise from the outside during the night. The 2nd is about the misleading information - the ad shows that the hotel provieds parking (there is a P symbol), in actual life it doesn't.

There is a very popular Greek restaurant located on the ground floor called yassou. At night starting around 9pm the restaurant begins loud thumping vibrating disco music that amplifies through the walls, even to our fourth floor, and just doesn’t stop until 1:30 am. In spite of calling desk multiple times and their repeated apologies nothing is done and sleep is impossible . It’s really a shame since otherwise the hotel is great. But being unable to sleep due to incessant bass is just not feasible.
