"I booked this unit because of the reviews but let me go ahead and break it down. The location is definitely not the best. Although the house was clean there were some things that could not be avoided or looked over. Number one when you walk in the house it smells very much like old wet wood, there is no couch just a two seater chair so if you plan on relaxing in the living room to watch a movie that’s not happening. The master bedroom‘s bed the legs underneath the bed were broken and bent I sunk...

"The house suited our needs well, which was an overnight stay for a family wedding. The neighbor's dog barked all night, which kept the people staying on that side of the home up all night - They had a horrible night's sleep."

"The place was as pictured. Wasn’t as clean as I would like, there was dried spilled red something on baseboards, used soiled sponges to wash dishes. No washcloths. No plug in lights no mirror or clocks except bathroom. Pigeon poop everywhere outside and crickets. The beds were comfortable and the host provided coffee and some snacks, that was thoughtful also provided condiments in fridge."

"The backyard smells horrible, I got charged extra for blinds that were already bent, when trying to open the blinds broke but ok I got charged for something that was damaged before hand, my kids woke up with bites on legs and there were roaches and small animals inside bathrooms, walking barefoot around the house , left feet dirty indicating the house wasn’t cleaned properly ,"
