What an absolute gem of a hotel - so glad we found it. We arrived early and left our bags before rushing to a meeting. When we returned for check in, the bags had already been placed in our individual rooms. There was complimetary water, a tea and coffee station, and even complimentary snacks and chocolates in the room - so rare in US hotels! A complimentary breakfast with freshly baked pastries, cereal, and other items in the lounge was another plus. The room was confortable with a spacious bathroom, a large TV, and a balcony. Sadly, we were only there overnight but the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is also great. Will definitely return to this beautiful hotel when I am back in LA.
