They seemed completely unaware which is disappointing considering number of rooms and how obvious the issue was. They offer another bedroom but didn’t have the view/balcony of first one. "If you get booked in room Alpha make sure you bring pillows and hit up the pharmacy for sleeping pills. it’s directly next to the front door so you hear everyone’s comings and goings. Also, if there is more than 1 person in your party you’re gonna be on top of each other so strategize. The room was relatively cool, AC was decent! "i had an insane 8 or 9 days with their AI "nomi". they put a 100 charge that made no sense on the day i was leaving. the AI is amazing at saying one thing and then saying exactly the opposite. at no point could they ever tell me what the charge was for and despite saying this was a high priority, i couldn't talk to a human or get an answer."
