Next Level (Parkside Unit) is a one of a kind, custom built Lavish shipping container rental with 3 Luxurious King master Suites & has 1900 square feet of living space with high ceilings & Many windows to enjoy the incredible views!
The perfect getaway spot for Family & Friends! The unique space will surprise you from the moment you arrive!
Each bedroom has their own private bathroom, Fiber Fast Wi-FI, Oversized Bathtub/shower combo, adjustable bed frame, Wardrobe, Roku Smart TV, & mini split(heating & air conditioning). Which means, each Room/Guest can enjoy the temperature they prefer!
There is also a Twin Sofa Bed in the Loft area with its own Mini-Split & Incredible Views!
The home is only a 20 minute drive from the Visitors Center in Capitol Reef National Park & close to countless other outdoor adventures!
The property is built like a Villa/Duplex & has two private side rental units, Mountain Side & Park Side. You are looking at Park Side. Each side has its own Private Driveway, Parking, Entrance & is completely private from the other! There are NO shared spaces!! If you have any questions, please message us!
You can also rent both sides & enjoy the entire property, 3800 Square feet, 6 King Master Suites with up to 14 guests. There are two soundproof Walls & exterior doors inside that separate the two units. They are a exact mirror image of one another, Mountain Side has more views of Dream Mountain and Boulder Mountain & Park Side has more views of Thousand Lakes Mountain and Capitol Reef National Park. Both sides have Spectacular Views!
The MAIN LEVEL has an open floor plan Kitchen, Dining & Living room area, Entry/Workspace, Half bath/Laundry room, one Master Suite & an Outdoor Dining Table & 4 burner Blackstone Griddle.
UPSTAIRS has two Master Suites, one with a Washer & Dryer, a Loft area with large windows and two great view decks, one deck has a Sauna & an Amazing Fire Pit on it!
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with everything you need to create a delicious meal! Modern appliances, stove has an Air Fryer, dishwasher, slow cooker, drip coffee maker, Keurig, (We Provide Coffee, k-cups & Coffee Essentials!), electric kettle, blender, toaster, dishware & flatware, cooking basics
DINING & LIVING AREA: Dining room table & Chairs, Kitchen Bar & Barstools, Electric fireplace, Roku smart TV, Sectional sofa, Many View Windows!
LOFT AREA: Two Viewing/Reading Chairs & a Twin Sofa Bed. This area provides access to both View decks & has Amazing Views!
GENERAL: Fiber Fast Wi-Fi, towels & linens, puzzles & games, Corn Hole, mini split air conditioning and heating in each room, complimentary toiletries.
The Property is located off of a maintained road but does require a short drive up an unpaved road (approximately 1 mile). It can be bumpy and dusty but 2-wheel drive is sufficient all year long.
Once you arrive you will find a private drive with plenty of parking with a 30 & 50amp plug & a Grizzl-E Classic Level 2 for EV charging.
Note: Since the Property is remote, there are security cameras at the Entrance, but nowhere in private spaces or the Unit.
There is a keyless entry to the home, an access code will be provided to you before check in through VRBO Messaging.
Our location is in a remote area near Capitol Reef and 15-25 minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. Please make sure to plan ahead so you have everything you need to enjoy your stay.
The Property has two rental units, each has its own private parking, private entry and private space. NO shared spaces!

The property set up is not Toddler friendly.
NO PETS: This includes dogs that stay outside.
We like to keep the property as natural as possible, so we invite you to enjoy the container home and outdoor areas, but please respect the other side unit & keep to the roads as much as possible when walking or driving.
