"We arrived after a long day of hiking, exploring and driving up from Bryce Canyon. Our four teenagers jumped out of the car and immediately ran to the goats and ponies living near the house. They all had big smiles and then explored the house decided this was a beautiful, spacious and open house. They all found comfy beds and the internet worked great for watching a movie . You could sit on the front or back decks to relax and enjoy the valley, mountains, hummingbirds, stars and we even saw the Milky Way! "

"This place was perfect! It fit all 15 of us very comfortably (we didn’t even use up all the possible sleep options) and had so many amenities. The kids ranging age 1-13 all found things to do and stayed very entertained. They had things I forgot to pack, like a child highchair/booster for the table and a Nintendo Switch. It was clean, comfortable, and the view was gorgeous. I definitely recommend if you are going to Capitol Reef with a large extended family. "
