"I spent 11 nights here working as a digital nomad. The place was clean and looked great. The house is on a major road in Hamilton, but the traffic and noise was hardly noticeable give the distance away from the city center.Wi-FI was fast and stable. Kitchen had all the kitchenware and utensils I needed to cook and eat by myself. The washing machine was pretty small but it beat having to find a laundromat. "I was very disappointed with the state of the bed sheets and pillow cases it had a disgusting odor as if it hasn't been changed by the cleaners. The 1st room next to the stairs.The Tv also wasnt accommodating everything was in Chinese, youtube, prime, was very difficult to change settings as we couldn't understand a word! Every app was locked and required our own login The main shower was ALSO disappointing, drain was blocked and the water would fill up the shower. Disgusting! Very disappointing...

"The outside is less desirable, communication was good but the house lacks attention to detail the kitchen has its bare basics, no mixing or salad bowls, it could do with a rice cooker, blender to make smoothies ice trays serving trays, the bath towels are very thin and small like cardboard and their isnt anymore if you needed extra towels the house has a weird damp smell and not vaccum properly in main room still a biscuit under the bed & rubbish bin full of beer bottles for the price it’s ok...

"Great, comfy beds and kitchen facilities. The bedrooms are large. Lounge needed a good clean and parking on the very busy road was challenging during mid week. There is parking available for 1 small car we both had work utes"
