"Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The rooms very cosy and clean. Some fantastic view over the city from the windows and balcony and no trafic. Slightly steep to get to the hotel from street level, but then there are some touristic local stairways from another entry, which make it an easy way to get there. "

"We stayed at this hotel on our last night in Georgia. We had stayed in Tbilisi a week earlier and targeted a hotel in this area because of all the dining options nearby. The area is fantastic with a fantastic view across the river. Don’t miss out on walking to the sulphur baths and then up the river to the stunning waterfall. Breakfast was included and was good. The rooms are old fashioned and fairly basic but very comfortable."

"Amazing hotel tucked away down a quiet street but in walking distance to attractions in Tblisi. Staff were so friendly and helpful particularly as Expedia mucked up our booking. Roof top pool and bar was a welcome relief after sightseeing for the day. Highly recommend!"

"I booked it for my father, and he loved everything! The only issue is the location as it requires as there is a steep hill leading to/from the property if going downtown. "

"Location was really good. Located in the old town. Rooms were spacious and modern, but bathroom was very smelly. Parking options are not good though. It says hotel offers parking, but this is not the case. We got a parking fine during our stay as we had to park on the street outside."
