Everything was clean and very tightie. We didn't have any issues with check in or noises even tho the hotel is located next to restaurants. AC worked perfectly all 4 days we stayed here. There are many great sightseeing places you can walk to from there. They make espresso drinks on site, but if you wake up early make sure to get some snacks ahead, as most eateries open after 10am only. I would recommend this hotel for your visit."

"No frills boutique hotel with a great location and nice staff. The room has a vintage design and it is large. It features a fridge. A major downside is the none existing breakfast. I ended up having super stressful mornings as I had to find breakfast options in the city. That is a big challenge when the meeting time of the organized tours is 8:40 AM at Avlabari Metro station (a 25 minutes walk from the hotel). I only managed to find one restaurant in the city that opened before 8. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby cafe, but two mornings I went by it was closed.
