"This is my second time staying at the hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. The location is perfect for exploring the city and makes it very walkable to everywhere you’d like to go. The staff is very kind and accommodating. They will ensure that all of your needs are met. The breakfast has so many options and is always delicious. The restaurant on the property is also very nice and if you don’t like the food from there, there are many many restaurants in walking distance."

Everything was clean and very tightie. We didn't have any issues with check in or noises even tho the hotel is located next to restaurants. AC worked perfectly all 4 days we stayed here. And room service was every other day. The staff as we friendly and informative. I have nothing negative to say. "

"Amazing hotel tucked away down a quiet street but in walking distance to attractions in Tblisi. Staff were so friendly and helpful particularly as Expedia mucked up our booking. Roof top pool and bar was a welcome relief after sightseeing for the day. Highly recommend!"
"City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. "

"Fabrika som ide er perfekt. Men hvis man ikke kan sove på grund af larmen i gården, er det hele lidt lige meget. Hvis du vil sove om natten, skal du bede om et værelse, der vender væk fra gården."
"No frills boutique hotel with a great location and nice staff. The room has a vintage design and it is large. It features a fridge. A major downside is the none existing breakfast. I ended up having super stressful mornings as I had to find breakfast options in the city. That is a big challenge when the meeting time of the organized tours is 8:40 AM at Avlabari Metro station (a 25 minutes walk from the hotel). I only managed to find one restaurant in the city that opened before 8. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby cafe, but two mornings I went by it was closed.
