Everything was clean and very tightie. We didn't have any issues with check in or noises even tho the hotel is located next to restaurants. AC worked perfectly all 4 days we stayed here. "The location of the hotel is perfect, tucked just 30 seconds away from the Freedom square which makes it quiet but very central and walking distance to all the attractions. "I really enjoyed my stay at the Silver39 hotel in Tbilisi in June 2025. It’s clean, nicely located, and stuff is super friendly, also the rooftop terrace is quite nice. There are many great sightseeing places you can walk to from there. They make espresso drinks on site, but if you wake up early make sure to get some snacks ahead, as most eateries open after 10am only. I would recommend this hotel for your visit."

"City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. "

"Fabrika som ide er perfekt. Men hvis man ikke kan sove på grund af larmen i gården, er det hele lidt lige meget. Hvis du vil sove om natten, skal du bede om et værelse, der vender væk fra gården."
"No frills boutique hotel with a great location and nice staff. The room has a vintage design and it is large. It features a fridge. A major downside is the none existing breakfast. I ended up having super stressful mornings as I had to find breakfast options in the city. That is a big challenge when the meeting time of the organized tours is 8:40 AM at Avlabari Metro station (a 25 minutes walk from the hotel). I only managed to find one restaurant in the city that opened before 8. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby cafe, but two mornings I went by it was closed.
