This hotel is in a very good location. The view is amazing during the day and night. The room where we stayed was small but very clean. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with navigating the area. The walk to and from the hotel is very steep so if you have any issues walking then I would not recommend staying there. The hotel also offers a free breakfast during your stay as well. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you plan to spend most of your time in Tbilisi because most of the sites are within walking distance.

Staff were so friendly. When we arrived and try to find the hotel, very nice man went to our location to help with the luggage and to show right way. Good location, new rooms, breakfast is fine.

Great service. We are in our 70's so it was a little to hilly for us to walk but the hotel is perfect for the young and strong!

The staff were all helpful. Sergei and Alex in particular as they went to great lengths to help my Bolt driver find the hotel the day I left for the airport.

This is a great hotel, I love it so much! A true hidden gem inside the old Tbilisi with walking distance to the cable car and all the beautiful surroundings of the old city. The staff is great!

The best part of the property was courteous and helpful staff. They helped a lot and were suprr quick in service. Only negative was dim light in room. Aream around hotel was also good. A strong recommendation if you are visiting the country for 1st time as super helpful staff will be an advantage.

We had a great stay! The staff was very helpful, and helped accommodate us an extra night when our flight got cancelled. The rooms were actually also much nicer than the posted pictures. The morning breakfast was very good and definitely worth the cost. I have celiac disease and they had a lot of gluten free breakfast items as well.

It was my first time in Georgia and the proper choice of the hotel was essential. I have chosen this property as I loved the view and the room interior on the website pictures and when I have arrived everything was the same as shown in the pictures. Beautiful room, amazing view from the balcony, friendly and helpful staff, very quite, and perfect location, in the heart of the old town - walking distance to the main sightseeing (Citadel Narikala, Botanical Garden, Liberty Square, Meydani Square).

I stayed in room 11, there was restaurants elevator noise but it has sound proofing but still a few people can hear it I am one of those. Avoid this room if you are too. Everything else was great special thanks to cleaning staff. Will stay again and recommend to others

Excellent Hotel and Prime Location
Excellent hotel a couple of minutes walk to the old city. Staff were very firendly and helpful. The room was lovely, spacious and to a high standard. The restaurant food was very good as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will use it again myself.

The property has a great view, located near the old town. The hotel is build on a steep hill, could be an issue for an older couple but still managable

We were met and treated very warmly thoughout our visit. The front desk very graciously called taxis whenever we asked, including at 3:45 a.m. The lobby and room were attractive, clean and comfortable. Situated near the fort in the old town, the hotel's rooftop restaurant has a gorgeous view of Tiblisi (which we also enjoyed from our 2nd floor balcony). Our meal in the restaurant and the service could not have been better. For us, the hotel was easy enough to walk to and from; but if needed, taxis are an easy and affordable substitute. We highly recommend Tbilisee Hotel and would definitely enjoy a return there if in Tibilisi again.

Great Old Tiblisi location
From the moment we walked in until we left we were treated royally. Every staff member was as welcoming as could be. The front desk staff assisted us in obtaining information for our upcoming destination. The lobby and our room were spotless, attractive and comfortable. We have already booked for another stay and look forward to enjoying the beautiful view.

We had a very nice stay. Junior suite room was very nice with the stunning views of the city. Hotel is in the old town center. Walkable to many attractions. Hotel staff was very helpful - special thanks to Nana at the reception and the restaurant manager who helped us with something not related to the restaurant. We enjoyed the restaurant too - live music and great food and wine. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!

Excellent hotel
We were a group of 5 persons, staying in 4 rooms. The rooms were different in quality, I recommend to check everything in advance. Location is very good, near to everything in the central Tbilisi. The room was very clean, rather spacy, convenient. The most positive thing about the hotel is the staff at the reception. Special thanks to Nana, Luka and Nino for making our stay enjoyable. They were most helpful and effective.

Excellent small hotel right in the heart of the Old Town. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Luka and the rest of the staff who were all very helpful & friendly. Extremely clean rooms etc. and good reliable Wi-Fi connectivity. The 360 restaurant on the roof is wonderful with lovely views of the city and with good breakfast too (great cooked bacon). There are lots of small groceries & restaurants all around a few minutes away downhill - go down to the street with all the outdoor cafes and some live music. Overall we enjoyed our stay with the great views and the central location. The hospitality was great, and we would definitely go back there and highly recommend it.

This new boutique hotel is a jewel. Although very new, it blends in with the surroundings beautifully and is pretty well downtown to enjoy all the facilities with restaurants and transport. The rooms are extremely well appointed, tasteful and everything works perfectly. The roof terrace restaurant is a gem, overlooking the entire city and the included breakfasts are copious and varied. We only had one dinner upstairs which was good and reasonable. If you are mobility limited, the short climb up to the hotel from the river area is quite steep but taxis are plentiful and cheap. The staff deserve medals for their friendliness and helpfulness. Bravo!

Dear Artur , You reserved Economy room and wanted upgrade to deluxe, we usually make free upgrades to our guests but we didn't have availability as you reserved last room. You refused to stay in our hotel and your review doesn't correspond to reality . In fact reception made everything to make you feel comfortable with us .

Great little boutique hotel up the hill in the old town with lovely views and prime location/ close to so many attractions. We stayed here for 5 nights. We took the 2 rooms that served as an apartment downstairs as adjacent rooms connected. One room was outfitted with full refrigerator, oven, stove. Rooms were quiet and accommodations very comfortable, clean and well kept. Upstairs restaurant with amazing views of Tbilisi was very good. Had breakfast each day on the restaurant terrace. Luka, one of the hotel staff, was especially helpful and guest friendly.

Could not have gotten a better spot for our time I'm Tbilisi! Very convenient to walk to historical spots stunning views from the room and rooftop dining area. Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Room was cute and very clean. Bed felt like a dream and the restaurant on site was oh so drool worthy.
