"We had an excellent time at this property. 4 stars for cleanliness as windows and skirtings were dusty and a few cracked tiles on the kitchen floor but otherwise very clean and well presented. Summer house could be doing with a little TLC as the doors don't open and a couple of glass/Perspex panels missing from them. House has 2.5 bathrooms, not 1.5 that's in the description.I would definitely recommend this property to friends and would consider returning should we ever require such a large...

"Very spacious and comfortable house in a lovely, quiet location. The bedrooms are all a generous size, as is the well-equipped kitchen (we managed to prepare a 7-course meal for the 6 of us). It's a short and delightful drive from the house to the heart of the Cairngorms. And don't miss paying a visit to the friendly Persie gin distillery just 5 minutes from the house"

The only reason we gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing was that there was not BBQ grill. Eddie said he would remove that from the listing. If you plan a longer stay, make sure to bring some extra toilet paper and paper towels. The hot tub was a bonus we really enjoyed! "
