"The host was really easy to get hold of when the heat wouldn’t come on. The pad had only come loose from the wall. The fireplace was a nice touch! Close to what we went there for. "

"The bed was very comfortable and the blankets were cozy, I liked the style in the house and the vineyard outside was beautiful."

"The floors werent as clean and there was some dust bunnies. The road outside was noisy even during the night. Having a daybed in the living room isn't comfortable sitting. Everything else okay. Weve stayed in many vrbos so our opinion is weighted by others. Great host, though."

"The property was beautiful Only issue was owner didn't give correct code to access the property and had to try to contact him several times for almost an hour to get correct code. "

"Very clean, good parking, well stocked kitchen (spices, utensils, cookware). Tastefully decorated, comfortable, relaxing environment. The blinds on the windows are attractive, but they don't block out the neighborhood lights. Curtains in the bedrooms would be a great addition, otherwise I recommend a sleep mask. The welcome muffins were delicious! All of the instructions were posted and straightforward. All in all a very nice place to stay."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful and relaxing place so close to Lake Hickory NC. With a quiet and wonderful outdoor environment and pool, it was a great place for us to visit and only 10 minutes from downtown Hickory but it was a wonderful escape and the amenities were top notch. I’d highly recommend this place for a family getaway in a delightful area outside of the town. Loved our vacation there and our hosts have highest ratings for good reason. "

"We really enjoyed our stayed in Hickory North Carolina. Everything was really perfect except for the weather, but there was nothing in our host could do about that. We hope to return to North Carolina sometime in the next couple years will be sure to stay there again."
