The little villages of South Devon were a delight, particularly close-by Ringmore with excellent eating at free house The Journeys End. "

"Lapford mill cottage it's an Amazing Place, we really appreciate the days spent there. We loved the availability of piano, the kitchen well equipped, the garden and the Little steam train on Saturday.And Alex super host!"

"Lovely little cottage a short ( but steep ) walk from town.Very genial helpful host who supplied lots of extras that was so helpful - tea coffee dishwasher tablets etc Bathroom dated but more than made up by a stunning view from the lounge window! Lots to do and see in Looe but advise booking your restaurant "

"Absolutely beautiful place, beautiful location I cant fault anything. Pub and local store in easy walking distance. Just be aware no local public transportation except taxi which have limited availability. Wasnt a big issue but if you want to go into Plymouth it was £25 each way to the train station with one train an hour. We brought our telescope but unfortunately had cloud cover but would be a perfect location for evening of star gazing "
