"A rustic cabin style property with large rooms and good sized ensuite. Several rooms available. Easy to find and well located. On a busy road ( no road noise) leading to the car ferry but with car spaces available. Room opened onto small garden with seating giving views of the bay.
Room well equipped and clean.
Owners lived above the property and we could hear them moving about.
Hosts were friendly and helpful about the area."

Craig the owner Provider us with a Big box of toys for our kids and of course a High chair as well. We can highly recommend this place."

Can feel a little bit exposed, the lacy blinds are a little bit too see through.
Would also be really nice if there were hooks by the door to hang coats etc.

"Very clean and tidy. Close to shops and beach. Loved that the outdoor pool was heated and at a reasonable temperature. Spa was also very good. Kitchen was a little small but perfect for for making drinks and breakfast. Overall very happy with our stay there. "

"Nice location between the shops and Waitangi Treaty Grounds. I was able to walk into town for groceries in just a few minutes - it's a lovely walk too, just above the shore. The ferry to Russell and Oteihei Bay is right there as well. There's a park with a playground at the end of the street. Paihia Apartments have a washer and dryer in the garage, plus a small kitchen. The owners are friendly. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Spent our girls 10th birthday at this hotel. Excellent spacious room with beautiful view of the bay. The room had everything you could ask for with kitchen utensils, large fridge (with ice machine :) ), great beds, spacious bathroom and a large balcony with beautifull views. Bruce and Stephen were most helpful in giving us the best stay possible and we really enjoyed it."

"Haka House is a fantastic hostel, I can’t imagine there’s a better option for a stay in Paihia, especially on a budget. Great location, spectacular views from dining and main area. Excellent service with terrific front desk support, Byron deserves a raise. I highly recommend this place, and will stay here again if the opportunity brings me back."

My girls enjoyed the pools and there is a small play ground just across the street which my little son loved to play at. The view is fantastic, both from the apartment, the pools and the play ground. "My family and I spend a night at the Paihia Beach Resort and we loved it. We had plenty of room. My girls enjoyed the pools and there is a small play ground just across the street which my little son loved to play at. The view is fantastic, both from the apartment, the pools and the play ground.
