"The "Appartement" was very small and I got the view of concrete. Not at all impressive.
It was clean but the bathroom did smell bad at times. The kitchen had the very bare minimum and it was not possible to cook at all. Nice with the washing machine and the pool was nice.
My advice - for the price go to a hotel "

"Clean and modern almost to the point of sterility. Everything about it was meticulous and the view incredible. Security a little tedious and confused on check-in but got through it. Better than lax I suppose. Shopping Mall and monorail physically attached. "

"It was also a residential building I think. Not a regular hotel. If you are looking for room services or anything like that, this is not for you. It’s like an executive suite without services. Room is huge and new. There is a kitchen and laundry inside all for yourself. Price and location is also unbeatable. "

"Dette burde ikke være et 5-stjernet hotel - men et 2 eller 3 stjernet. Dårlig service, dårlig morgenmad og et dårligt værelse. Jeg vil ikke vælge dette hotel igen hvis jeg skulle til Kuala Lumpur. KLCC and Bukit Bintang is just a short drive away. Host and security were all friendly. Would have been better if there was a hot water kettle provided, if the water pressure in the bathroom was stronger and if there was wifi but other than that we would highly recommend this unit. "

"I enjoyed my 2 night stay here very much. The design of the room is great & unique. The furniture is all modern & feels luxurious.
Even though it’s just one room with a large bed, I felt that it was very spacious, not at all cramped as I’ve felt in other hotels. The view was very nice on the 11th floor.
The only 2 comments I can make are as follows:

"Trip is good as before. Walking distance to train station, means can go bukit bintang to eat, shop and drink, and still take a train back without driving. Morning is great for breakfast and walk at chow kit market.

"We stayed 2 nights at The Face Suites. We have been very satisfied with the stay. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is located very close to Petronas Towers. At 51 floor you find a infinity swimmingpool from where you have a great view. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel are well maintained and very clean everywhere. The hotel has wifi and it’s working ok. Our room was clean and had a fantastic view. We can highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming...

"Bookede stort værelse (suite).
Vi fik værelse på 12. etage. Gulvtæppet var gammelt og bulede her og der. Der lugtede lidt fælt på etagen.
Aircon på værelset virkede ikke, og blev repareret efterfølgende dag. Det resulterede i at der begyndte at dryppe kondensvand fra loftet i værelsets entre. Efter yderligere et par dage, måtte vi skifte værelse.
Der var ingen sauna eller spa på hotellet, selvom det fremgår af beskrivelsen af hotellets faciliteter.
Personalet var til gengæld meget høflige og hjælpsomme."

We was waiting for a very long time to check in, but even we was hours later than check-in time, our time wasn’t ready. When we finally got our room, it wasn’t cleaned properly.
We checked out earlier and moved to a different hotel due to the bad condition and service."
"Oasia Suites are tucked away in the last highrise up towards the KL Tower. One could not ask for a better location in KL’s Golden Triangle.
So our studio suite was quiet and in many ways very nice. But I guess one could argue that a room renovation must be coming up soon. Still acceptable though, but a bit tired in decor and colors. The bed linen was worn out, thin as paper and the pillows inside stained.
The staff was polite and correct. Wifi was so-so. We did not have breakfast. The price was very fair - so compared to this the hotel was absolutely ok."
