"My wife and I were very pleased with both our host Max, and his property. We stayed for a couple of days prior to our cruise leaving this wonderful town. Max provided transportation from the airport, and was able to get us into the property hours before regular check-in. This was wonderful considering how tired we were from the flight. "Marilli was a great host. From the moment she picked us up from the airport and took us to experience some local sights, we knew this would be a great trip. We enjoyed wine and an authentic dinner at her home with her husband, who made homemade bolognese sauce. Marilli also took us to experience the local market and the most delicious lunch. Then took us to the port to continue our Mediterranean cruise. "

"There are plenty of restaurants in the area. There is some shopping and a few tourist attractions. We were cruising so this was very close to the port. The home is clean and the beds were comfortable. The cathedral is nearby if you want to attend. We would stay again if we were cruising from this location. The host is excellent. He met us and explain red everything. "

"Room was great for the one night we stayed. Only issue was the pull out couch bed. Kept rolling in the middle of the night and wouldn’t stay in place. Other than that the stay was great!"

"relaxing evening, walked along the boardwalk . Our host was wonderful and went out of his way to give us everything we needed. Loved the view of the ocean. Super close to stores. It was everything we needed to enjoy an evening before our cruise. I give him a 5 + for helping us get to the cruise terminal and helping us with directions. He even walked and video directions to me… Wonderful ! "

"Villa Clodia is a beautiful property set in a very quaint vilage with spectacular views across the countryside. We hired it on a self catering basis as a group of friends. We loved our stay there. It's very easy to access (good train links) and Leonardo arranged our collection from the airport. The town of Manziana is very pretty and very close by so you can buy all the provisions you need if you are s/c.I would very much recommend the property and hope to return one day"
