"Enjoyed the stay, this was a birthday weekend trip. The only issue we had is that the ice machine was not working. We were there a little bit before the season started. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay, the room, the staff and location."

"Easthaven is a clean, comfortable, updated waterfront location that was the foundation of our trip - in that we were able to build memories with our family in and around Northern Neck with ease.
We visited over Thanksgiving with our two families. Coffee, cocktails and meals were enjoyed with the scenic ever changing backdrop of the Nomini, as it flows into the Potomac. I enjoyed watching birds and boats navigating their way as leaves fell during the end of autumn.

"Staff was in a rush, a bit sharp in conversation. No "drink upon arrival" as advertised.
They didn't provide a robe/ person. We were short one robe, despite having to enter the hall to access the bathroom. No hair conditioner offered.
The breakfast was pretty normal weekend fare (scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast with sandwich-sized bread), fresh fruit cup. No extra food offered on table."

"The property condition and location were awesome. The problem was that there was a bar next door that played live music until midnight . I personally go to bed between 10:00 and 11: 00. Both me and my guests were unable to enjoy our rest due to this. You couldn't just hear the music you could feel it in your bed while you're trying to sleep. Not to mention all the traffic that was in the parking lot of the condo from The bar next door. Will definitely visit colonial Beach Virginia again but not...

"We stayed for 2 nights in the fall for a family event at Stratford Harbor. The house was pristine and cozy. Loved the fenced backyard for the pets and the walk ability of the town. The host and back up host were VERY responsive."
