"The cottage is absolutely gorgeous. Extremely clean. Owners were very helpful over the app communication. Lots of little things that made it extra special. Sheep and alpacas right outside your door to feed and pat made our stay the best few days! Will definitely be finding a time to return!"

"Customer service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Private secure parking available. Shared toilets/showers could have been cleaner."

"The meals were very generous and good pub fare. The room was not heated at all, so be aware in winter it's cold!! An electric blanket would have been helpful. That said, the blankets were warm. Wifi didn't work in the rooms, so we weren't able to watch anything or plan the next day (no tv). Wifi worked in the shared lounge and in the bar. It was clearly a grand hotel in its day, nice that not too much has been modernised. "

"Comfortable and clean house in a great location in a quiet location. Bed was very comfortable and house was cosy in the cold and damp weather during the weekend. It’s great that the owner has thought of electric blankets on the beds and small heaters in the bedrooms. The coffee machine in the kitchen with ground coffee available was a super bonus not often provided in short term/ holiday rentals. Hoping to be back:-)"
