We were able take a trip to Bukit Lawang at the same day, did jungle tracking and came back to the hotel same day, everything was possible, because of friendly and cooperative hotel staff, they room was excellent, nice view from the top floor, breakfast was excellent, we loved our stay."

the only thing i would maybe have them do better is getting some better shower handles, i found it difficult to adjust the temperature of the water stream.
the food in the restaurant was good and always cooked well and the staff in charge of the place very helpful and forthcoming.
it has a great placement for a lot of nice places locally including malls, beautiful landmarks etc.
i certainly enjoyed my stay."

But most importantly they texted me when I was on my way to the airport because I had forgotten my wallet in the hotel room 🙏🙏!. I had no idea I had forgotten my wallet with all my important documents and cards. Everything was in my wallet and because of their great service I managed to get my flight on time. Thank you so much for your service and honesty ❤️"

Personalet talte dårligt engelsk og ville ikke komme med en ekstra seng. Vi ankom sent og brokkede os en del men der kom ingen seng. Til gengæld ringede de kl 2 om natten og sagde at der ikke var en seng. "

"The hotel is dated but offers clean and comfortable accommodation for the budget traveller. There is a very good pool and gym available to guests. Communication for Westerners can be difficult with their staff at times, and requests may be overlooked or ignored although if you speak with reception they will try and assist.
My only criticism is that there are no safes in the rooms and believe that they would be a good addition.
For a budget hotel I believe that they offer good value and clean...
