Abbey is great. She gets back to you almost immediately. Just a little heads up for families or those staying for longer than a weekend would be to bear in mind that there’s not a lot of storage room for your items- only a couple of racks to hang some clothes. Was not really an issue for us because we only stayed...

"1. Very clean.2. Excellent hot water, and set of appliances3. Spa tub did not operate, but maintenance responded as soon as we realized it, late in our stay.4. Comfortable furniture and beds.5. Can XC or snow shoe on better than 2 miles of trails. Not groomed but really used by many folks. Of course, free.6. Had difficulty with ski locker which host and maintanence got fixed within the day. Great response, especially considering maintenance was very busy with a lot of snow removal needed...
