The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal and store food!

Huge dining room and home gym area, complete with exercise band, calisthenics bars, and weight machine, and a massage table.

Nice pool in the back yard as well as a 2 person hot tub.

Feel free to relax in the hammock or the outdoor wicker chairs in front or back of the house.

You have access to the entire property except the garage.

Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
Please be mindful of the neighbors and don't be loud outside.
This is not a party house so no events are loud gatherings are permitted.
We are seeking guests that are respectful to the neighborhood as well as the house.
If you use the dishes or appliances, please be sure to wash, dry, and place everything back where it was.

No animals on the furniture or beds!
Do not leave animals at the property unsupervised unless they are kenneled. Unsupervised dogs tend to tear down curtains, bark, and get on furniture.
If you use appliances or dishes, please wash, dry, and put them back where you found them. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher.
Pick up after your pet and please do not let them on the furniture or in the bedrooms.
The maid is responsible for cleaning linens, towels, etc, sweeping, wiping down everything, and general maid duties.
This is a large house and our cleaning fee is very low for a property this size because the guests are responsible for mostly cleaning up after themselves. We appreciate your help in keeping this cleaning fee low.
