We had a wonderful stay at the Palm tree 3. Michael and his wife were great host. He was very quick to reply to any questions I had, allowed me to use another property to park my boat trailer, and let me know if an item that was working prior to arriving but went out of his way to get it fixed before our check-in date. The house accommodated our family of 9 well and it had everything we needed to cook meals. Everyone slept great in the beds and having 2 washer and dryers was a very nice feature. The outdoor area was amazing. We spent much of our time swimming, in the hot tub, or just hanging out in the lanai looking at the canal and watching the sun set. The dock allowed us to bring the boat and was an easy ride out to some nice islands, sandbars, and fishing (which we also did from the dock). Our entire family loved this home and our stay, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent it or deal with the hosts again!

Beautiful home! My husband and I stayed here with our teenage boys for the week. The house had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the pool and fishing on the private dock. we even got to see some dolphins and manatees swim by. The house itself was super comfortable, clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Palm Tree III for 1 week. The house and the pool were very clean and exactly as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked and so is the house as such. Well maintained. The location is really quite - exactly what we were looking for. Booking as well as check in went absolutely smooth. Michael is very responsive. We can absolutely recommend and hope to be back next year. Thank you Michael and Eva for letting us stay in your house!

August vacation2023

Beautiful home and amenities. Boating from the home was easy to get to the bay, and from there to downtown Tampa and Beer Can island… fantastic location! Everyone enjoyed cooling off in the gorgeous pool, and the spa heats up quite quickly. Fishing off the dock or from a kayak was fun and easy.

Wonderfully Kept Vacation Rental

What an attractive well kept vacation rental complete with the well done patio, pool, and dock area to just relax and chill while you enjoy the Florida sunshine! The entire property is beautifully decorated, very homey, and perfectly cleaned and maintained, and is located in an attractive friendly laid back harbor community. This is what we look for in a quality vacation rental. Thanks so much to our hosts for being so welcoming and accommodating as well with excellent communication too!! Cheers!! Dan & Sharon

Paradise extravaganza

Immaculate home and property. Beautiful neighborhood. We had a blast taking kayaks out right from the dock at house. Paddled 10 minutes and we at the point with the most beautiful sandbar surrounded by porpoises playing all around us. Absolutely spectacular location. Highly recommend Circles restaurant right around the corner. Will definitely be back. Mike and his wife are the best host and super responsive
