The property has 2 cameras, one located above the garage looking onto the driveway and the doorbell camera is next to the front door that looks at the front entrance. The cameras will be ON during reservations and record video and audio if motion activated.

There is a mother-in-law suite attached to the house, which I occupy. It's completely closed off from the rest of the house. There are no entrances between the suite and the house or even the backyard so you'll have complete and private access to the entire house and backyard.

A small section of the driveway will be separated and occupied. Your section of the driveway will be large enough to accommodate up to four cars.
