Your vacation starts as soon as you pull up. Adorned with lush tropical landscaping and a crushed shell driveway, this property screams old Florida! Spend your spring evenings on the breezy front porch watching the sun set change the sky into a pastel work of art.

Enter into the open concept living space and you’ll be greeted by original heart pine flooring and a lovely white brick fireplace (she’s just for looks). Layered shades of white on the walls and furnishings, paired with ample windows, creates a bright airy space that’s full of charm and natural light. A plush, deep sofa with brushed cotton slipcover is the perfect place to relax after a long days work, or curl up on with a good book on a rainy summer evening.

Directly off the living space you will find the fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee with the rising sunshine streaming through the windows. Choose from French press, K cup singles, or brew a whole pot if you’re feeling funky. We have included all the kitchen cooking essentials, along with dinnerware, drinkware and cooking and eating utensils.

Enjoy your meals in the dining nook. This cozy space is the perfect size for one to two guests. It even has a cute little pendant light that creates the most beautiful night-time glow for the entire living and kitchen space.

The original wood flooring carries through to both bedrooms. The primary bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed with crisp percale cotton sheets and multiple blanket and pillow options for different kinds of sleepers. You will also find a full size closet and small dresser, along with two night stands for at-hand storage. The second bedroom is set up as an office or guest bedroom. It includes a twin size bed with percale cotton sheets and duvet. You will also find a charming desk overlooking the back yard Bird of Paradise. A perfect place to catch up on emails or jump on that zoom call. The second bedroom also has a small closet and a chest of drawers for extra storage. Each room is equipped with light-filtering roller shades and black out curtains, so you can choose your preferred level of light at any time of the day.

The fresh coastal vibe carries through to the fully-renovated bathroom, boasting ceiling-height subway tile in the shower and white painted tongue and groove walls. Crisp white towels and marble floor tile keep with the airy feeling of the property.

You will find the clothes washer and dryer located in the detached garage just across the courtyard.

Enjoy catching some rays in the yard. The back yard and side yard are completely fenced in, so you can work on your tan in private.
