The host was quick to respond and allowed us early check in. The house was not in as good condition as the pictures make it out to be, the AC didnt work and host was unable to get it repaired while we were there. Luckily it was still coolish in the evenings sonwe didnt sweat to death. Also we rented this for 9 people with the understanding that we would have the extra garage space to spread out. We were told a few weeks prior to our trip that that space had been made into an apartment and would be at an additional charge to access it, which seemed a little unfair. I will also note that the house isnt in the best area, however it suited our needs on a very basic level, hence the 3 stars. Happy I didnt need to rent it for more than one night.
