The tropical guesthouse is on the left of the main house. You enter through a tall white gate into your private Courtyard with seating and a table. The front door has a screen for cool days. When you enter the studio, the bed is on the right, and the kitchenette runs along the the wall with a surfboard table and stools separating the kitchenette from the bed. The beach theme is relaxing and fun, with a beachy bathroom with a tub and detachable adjustable shower sprayer stocked with amenities. There is a large walkin closet with shelving and hanging space. The kitchen and coffee bar are stocked with cookware, glasses, utensils, wine glasses, coffee and everything you'll need to cook at home! Enjoy a 50 inch roku TV while laying in your pillow top king bed!
The back door leads to your tropical Oasis. You have your own deck, outdoor dining with umbrella in your gated area perfect for your pet. Many have enjoyed working remotely on the back deck in the shade under the umbrella and the big tree. Also you will enjoy the hammock hanging in the shade. When you exit the gate in the backyard, there is a shared gazebo with jacuzzi, seating and laundry, as well as a grill. There is 1 off st parking, but overflow st. parking is free. The guest house is conveniently located minutes from downtown, Armature works, Water street, Hyde Park, the Amelie Arena, the Rays Stadium,and the Bucs Stadium. The closest beach is 5 miles away, and close to all corridors of the city, leading to St Pete, Busch Gardens, all major hospitals and beaches. You will love how close you are to all the most exciting activities of the city. But will love coming home to the backyard and relaxing, which feels like you're in Key West!!
