Parking:
Two spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis (not assigned). Please hang the provided parking passes from your rear-view mirror to avoid towing. Additional visitor parking is available in the community for extra vehicles. Kindly follow all parking rules, as we are not responsible for any towing fees.

Cleanliness & Housekeeping
Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every guest, with cleaners who adhere to the highest standards of hygiene to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

Check-Out Policy
Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Housekeeping will arrive promptly to prepare the property for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt cleaning schedules and future reservations. Staying past the scheduled check-out may result in a fee of up to $300.

Self-Catering & Supplies
This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. Upon arrival, you’ll find:
- Bathrooms: Shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- Laundry: Detergent pods for up to two loads
- Kitchen: Paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge; a coffee maker is provided, but coffee is not included
- Cooking essentials: Salt, pepper, and cooking oil
