"Hotellet er meget slidt og har en rigtig dårlig lugt. Vi følte os dårligt tilpas, fordi hele værelset virkede fugtigt og klamt. Den første nat sov vi på et værelse med fælles bad og toilet. Badet prøvede vi ikke, toilettet var nedsunket i jorden, så man skulle stå i sqaut for at bruge dem. Dette hotel var det dyreste - og dårligste - hotel vi boede på i Japan. Det positive med hotellet er en god beliggenhed, sødt personale (der dog ikke kan meget engelsk) og got wifi. "

"Great location for the hotel to see both the Shinhotaka ropeway and the Kamikochi park. Inside it was clean, quiet and, of course, great private onsens. 2 indoor and 1 outdoor. Water was very hot, but relaxing. Will definitely book again if we're back here"

"Semplicemente fantastico! Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e questo ryokan ci è piaciuto tantissimo. Avendo effettuato due diverse prenotazioni, abbiamo avuto modo di provare due stanze diverse ed entrambe erano bellissime. La strutture è curata in ogni sua parte nei minimi dettagli. All'arrivo vi verranno date delle ciabatte da utilizzare negli ambienti comuni. Grazie a delle mollettine numerate è possibile distinguere le proprie ciabatte, così da non scambiarle con quelle degli altri...

"We stayed at this ryokan for 3 nights and we loved it there! It is family driven and has such a lovely and local feeling. Our room was big, authentic and had a really nice onsen. We received the best breakfast every morning, it was the best we ever had. We also had dinner there 1 night, and it was such an experience. Everything tasted amazing and we loved that the ingredients was local and in season. We also got help for activities. "

"We had a wonderful time at this ryokan. We chose this inn specifically for its remote location and traditional atmosphere and were not disappointed. The hotel, outdoor onsen, and woodsy surroundings were all excellent. The building is old and reminded me of the railroad lodges of the western United States: creaky old doors and floors, metal keys, and rotary dial phones. "少し奥地にはあるが、その分静か。フロント周りの時間は時が止まったかのような、昭和の文豪がゆっくりしているような非常にリラックス出来る。最小人数で営業されているのかスタッフの人はあまり見かけないけど本当にゆっくりできました。 食事（夕食）は絶対につけるべきです。給仕さんがすごく良い方でした。"
