"Horrible and not at all like the description and photos of hotels.com. The hotel was not renovated (or maybe even cleaned) since its opening in the 1970's and the onsen had a 3 cm layer of mineral residues on all surfaced and sides. We were forced to take our shower there because our own toilet and bathtub smelled like sewer and had no shower. The room also smelled like old tatami mats and mold. The hotel would be perfect for a zombie movie!"
