Being in such a great location you also have 3 major Tahoe resorts close by with many fun summer and winter activities.

Spend quiet mornings and warm evenings on the wraparound deck with a cup of coffee or your favorite drink in hand and enjoy breathing in the fresh mountain air. After a long day out, at the beach or on the mountain you may want to sit back and relax in the private hot tub. This home has two full kitchens and plenty of comfortable space for all guests. On the first level of this home you will find one of the four bedrooms with a queen bed, on the second level will be the three remaining bedrooms and a bonus room with bed arrangements as well. This large home is in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by trees giving you a lovely forest vibe. Overall this home will comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

Location:
While some may want to stick around the house and have a snow day at the property, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (18 miles away) and Alpine Meadows/Palisades Tahoe (9 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful sandy lake beaches. You may choose to head down and grab a breakfast at the Fire Sign Cafe, or head into Tahoe City for many other breakfast and dining options.

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. 2 cars in the driveway and 2 cars in the garage. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
