"If I could give it more stars, I would. This lovely cottage is clean and comfortable and offers everything you need to enjoy a waterfront experience. The views are spectacular and we saw all kinds of wildlife right from the deck. An eagle, otters, seals, dolphins, herons and more. Amazing. We hope to return someday."

"Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

"It was great. Everything we needed was provided, including dishes, dish soap, washer/dryer, and laundry detergent. Plenty of towels and blankets. We had a lovely stay. Excellent tv and internet."

"Very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, Very well stocked with some quaint touches. Near Dash Point Beach and Park. The only problem was the dryer not working, but we did not need it this trip. Would definitely book again if we were coming back to this area. The Host was a great communicator and we had no problems upon arrival or departure. "

"We booked this property while taking a trip to the west side to visit family. We originally chose it because it was close to the zoo. The fact that it’s a completely remodeled, period style home was a quirky bonus, until we got there. Every detail was perfect, from the furniture down to music playing when we walked in. We’re already planning our next visit, but without the kids next time. "

"My fiancé and I were in town for a junior Olympic track and field meet and this cottage was the perfect place for us to stay with our dog. It was very clean when we arrived and he had a very helpful paper with check out process, restaurants in the area and and info about the property. Leon was efficient and prompt with communication which we appreciated. He was also very accommodating as we needed a later check out time due to the the competition schedule. I would definitely recommend !"
