"First of all I would start to compliment the amazing staff with the only goal to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and safe. We had the chance to be so lucky to stay at the room Bornholm and Copenhagen and both rooms are super nice and we felt so welcomed. The food is amazing, and with a touch of the Nordic it is the best place to turn off your brain and relax. The staff will take care of the rest! 🍛 I highly recommend their calamanci!🍹"

"Great view of Taal lake. Kitchen is fully functional with kettle, microwave and fridge. also provided utensils , soap, towels etc , unlike most places i’ve stayed at recently. Wi-fi and TV are decent . Street noise and music can be heard - as is normal in many tourist spots. Security is very good."

"We were blown away by the view of Taal volcano and Lake Taal from our room, while dining on the restaurant’s patio, and while sitting by the pool. We enjoyed the spa for a massage and the sauna. Our stay was on a Mon/Tues and we almost had the place to ourselves. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Tagaytay! "

"Late check-in fees even tho we told them ahead of time that our late flight was delayed further past midnight due to severe weather. Parking was a headache! Check-out was just as bad. We had to wait for someone to check rooms to get cash deposit back."

"I’ve stayed in many places around the world the space is perfect, it is very spacious and accommodating. My room was excellent for relaxation, especially being use to climate back home. Having the air con made it very comfortable. I was only there for one night and had an early check out but I could see that staying for a longer duration would be very easy to do. "The rooms are dated but clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was an issue in our room and they offered to transfer us to another room right away. We declined as we were already settled and the issue was not a big deal but we appreciate the initiative. Will book this place again if we ever are in the area. "

"The honeymoon room has an exclusive view and the hotel is wonderful quiet with only 8 rooms in total. The location is central with an amazing view. For the price, this is amazing with the unique view, even from the bed. The rooms condition is okay (again to the price) but the bathroom is slightly molded, the windows with the view is very dirty (and difficult to clean, due to 'hanging' over the cliff side) and the door outside have a large gap.
