"Excellent experience from the moment you arrive. The resort was quiet and beautiful. High quality rooms. The staff is very helpful and hospitable. We lost a phone during one of the days there and before we noticed it was missing, the staff had found it and was contacting us about delivering it back to us. Also just a little thing like having a free minibar is a nice plus for the overall experience. The location of the resort is also very good and relatively close to most attractions in the area....

"Plain and outdated "

"With the amount of activities aimed at small kids, this is a wonderful and great resort to take the family for a weekend getaway. Their staff was very professional and attentive. Their breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had, the variety of items were all prepared in perfection."

"Our room was perfect. The staff was above and beyond helpful, friendly and polite."

"This is Glamping! Beautiful views over the Taal lake and the volcano, feeling as living in the djungle but without the need for tent and camping fire: more civilized. On the downside, you have to be prepared for some animals that sneaks into your room as well; we had geckos and cockroaches. If you are uncomfortable with it you can always call the staff and they will come remove them, though. Definately more of a couples getaway or honeymoon, than family oriented or for solo travellers. "Its ok we only stayed for 1 night"

"nothing good can say about this property. the a/c didn’t work, the room smelled bad, awful smell from the bathroom. we complained to the staff and asked for another room but the one they were giving us was for 1 person and there were two staying in the room. they said they brought the issues to the manager but they didn’t do anything about it. worst place ever!!!"

"The room is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The outdoor pools are clean. The hot springs pools are very relaxing. The view from the resort is stunning. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and the restaurant chef tailored the dishes offered on the menu to plant-based meals. I enjoyed it so much that I reserved a three-night stay the following weekend."
