"First of all I would start to compliment the amazing staff with the only goal to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and safe. We had the chance to be so lucky to stay at the room Bornholm and Copenhagen and both rooms are super nice and we felt so welcomed. The food is amazing, and with a touch of the Nordic it is the best place to turn off your brain and relax. The staff will take care of the rest! 🍛 I highly recommend their calamanci!🍹"

"Great view of Taal lake. Kitchen is fully functional with kettle, microwave and fridge. also provided utensils , soap, towels etc , unlike most places i’ve stayed at recently. Wi-fi and TV are decent . Street noise and music can be heard - as is normal in many tourist spots. Security is very good."

"We were blown away by the view of Taal volcano and Lake Taal from our room, while dining on the restaurant’s patio, and while sitting by the pool. We enjoyed the spa for a massage and the sauna. Our stay was on a Mon/Tues and we almost had the place to ourselves. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Tagaytay! "

"Late check-in fees even tho we told them ahead of time that our late flight was delayed further past midnight due to severe weather. Parking was a headache! Check-out was just as bad. We had to wait for someone to check rooms to get cash deposit back."

"This place has character. The staff was excellent and accommodating, very friendly and responsive. The rooms are a bit old but clean, everything works, good air conditioner, and decorated with antiques, handmade local items, even a large bookcase with hundreds of interesting older books. The parking is onsite, a bit crowded Saturday night but no one blocked you in and there is overflow parking right outside the gate just a few dozen meters from your room. "The honeymoon room has an exclusive view and the hotel is wonderful quiet with only 8 rooms in total. The location is central with an amazing view. For the price, this is amazing with the unique view, even from the bed. The rooms condition is okay (again to the price) but the bathroom is slightly molded, the windows with the view is very dirty (and difficult to clean, due to 'hanging' over the cliff side) and the door outside have a large gap. But overall no major issue. Only slight negative is...
