"It was our first time at this resort. We had a private deck with our own hot tub filled with mineral water, the room was filled with modern amenities (ie smart tv, single keurig cup with coffee pods and creamer, mini fridge, big walk in shower, ironing board and iron, and bath robes). The spa services were top notch but the food at the restaurant was not as expected. They got our order wrong and the food was cold."

"Normally I dont got much to complain about but from the moment we got there the bathrooms were dirty early check in wasn't available who places like that and the about they charge we shouldn't have to wait till 4pm to check in are had a bad smell and some lights didn't work we also tryed eating at the dine in restaurant the food was sloppy and had hair in it Im requesting some kind of refund back"

"Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. "

"Dinner was over priced and low quality and our hot tub shut off in the middle of the night so it was cold but breakfast was great as was the service in the morning and they let us stay an extra hour so we got to use the hot tub before we left"
