"This was by far the worst stay I have had in my life. Upon arrival we found our room was not cleaned properly for a while, surfaces were either dusty or dirty with stains. The toilet was clearly not cleaned as we could tell from the leftovers in it. The whole room smelt moldy. Hair were on the bed and in the drawers. Corners were full of dead flies and dust.
