"Overnighted for two nights while visiting National Parks. House was a great place to stay for our needs. Newer dwelling in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and large space in family/eating area allowed for gathering. Only complaint is the TV situation. We were not able to enjoy watching our favorite shows due to the restrictions on the tv by the owner. (We weren't able to sign in to our streaming channels with our passwords.) Not really a big deal though, just a little irritating."

"The condo and the complex are perfect for a spring break trip. Our kids had a great time at the pool and the location of this particular condo is perfect for being able to watch your kids and going back and forth. The only reason I marked 4 stars is the condo needs a deep cleaning such as base boards being cleaned, touch up paint and maybe a carpet being spot cleaned In a place or two. "The house is in a great neighborhood and seeing it in person is even better than the photos portray. We stayed here while visiting Zion National Park. We also enjoyed watching a musical at the beautiful Tuacahn Amphitheater. The owners were great to communicate with and they have a helpful binder of info in the house. We highly recommend this property! We came out West from Florida and love this area."

"Kanab is a great base to explore southern Utah and this was in a nice quaint neighborhood, between two residential houses, one of which I think the owner resides in. The accommodation is well stocked and with new appliances - definitely looks and feels newly renovated. Only potential consideration is there is just one bathroom - we were a family of four so it was adequate, but I could see a larger family having some issues waiting to shower."

"This is my second time staying here and it did not disappoint! My last time I only stayed overnight, so this time I made sure to stay atleast 2 nights to get the full cabin experience. We stayed in their 6 people cabin which included a full bathroom and had a mini kitchen, which was super convenient for a bigger group (Although, last time we stayed in their 2 people cabin, and using the shared bathroom wasn’t too bad). "Enjoyed staying in the tiny house but the weekend we stayed it was cold and the house was difficult to stay warm. We never could get the water for the shower to get warm so we weren't able to shower. The morning we were leaving, we notice a propane tank was missing and it looked like it was connect to a hose for the bathroom shower. Everything else was very nice and comfortable. I'm sure the outdoor decks would be nice to enjoy when the weather is warmer. "
