"Wifi wasn’t working. All else was great!"

"Alles super!"

"Staff was helpful."

"We booked and paid by Expedia. I handed my card for the deposit and the clerk said he wanted cash. I told him no. Not sure how we would have gotten the deposit back. The office was locked the next morning when we left. We travel alot and put up with alot. This was the worst. We were on the road for 14 hours and were dead tired otherwise we would have gone somewhere else."

Floor was dirty with crumbs around. There was another persons back scrubber towel hanging in the bathroom. Left the hotel at 2am because I couldn’t sleep, it sounded like an air compressor was going off for 2 seconds every 3-5 min and that went on all night. I was there for the night and just needed some...

"Poolen var lukket, toilettet kunne ikke trække ud og der manglede sæbe og hårshampoo"

"The room was clean and comfortable, the only problem was the shower had bad water pressure."

"Amazing workers."

"From check-in to check-out the staff was excellent. Friendly, thorough and informative. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. If I ever need a room in Springerville AZ they will be my first choice."
