We stayed in a tent which was lovely in many ways, but there was a dog that stayed there before us and the floors had so much dog hair and even a huge ball of human hair. It appeared that they completely forgot to clean the floors. We let them know and they came and cleaned, rugs were vacuumed but hair just was moved around, still had clumps of fur and hair in multiple places it was really gross. It was...
"The room wales and ceilings have cracks and stains every where the plumbing is definitely horrible. The pool area has so many holes in the wales the floors have hole everywhere. The room was just plain out nasty never will stay here again. It used to be a very beautiful hotel but not anymore idk who took this place over but they definitely do not care about it bc this hotel is trashed now and destroyed everything is closed. I highly don’t recommend this place"
"We had a good time staying at the hotel, even though we are not really gamblers. The pool was closed, so that lowers the score a little. The spa is really nice. The whirlpool was the best I've ever been in. The staff was always nice and helpful, but something seemed different... distant?... not sure how to describe it."
