"Did not live up to expectations at all, too bad. If this hotel had cost half the price it would have gotten 4 stars. But when you set the price so high, people expect the bar to be set high. We had 4 nights and the room is generally run down, AC does not work.. everything is old, the fridge heats like an oven. We had 2 adults with breakfast included, we had to tell this every morning, impressive you don't have better control of what room which is included. In addition to this we had to pay full price (14 dollars per child) they consistently leave 2 receipts which makes no sense when one is sky high. Overall really professional and friendly staff. Tried their in-room dining, it works perfectly and with great food and reasonable prices, it should even have 4 stars."

"Stayed two nights. The area was very nice and the resort was great for our purpose. The bar was very popular but the noise didn’t bother us. "
