"Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . "Our second time renting this unit. Great location, located near all shops and restaurants but very quiet. The unit is comfortable for 2, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay although the kitchen is not meant for serious cooking."

"The property was clean, safe, and secure. Very nice property and communication with the owners was easy. They were very helpful and answered any questions we had in an extremely timely manner. We never had to wait for a response. The property is in a great location near grocery stores, restaurants, etc., which made it quick and easy to get any food or items that we needed without having to travel far from the property. "

"The property had broken boards along the walkway. This was unsafe for everyone. The patio furniture had broken arm rails! The back yard pool was not in use and this was inconvenient. The couch was stained and dirty. The only positive was the place was clean in the sleeping areas with clean bed linens and plenty of towels were provided for our use. "
