"A hidden gem off beltway8, 10 min either way to I-45 or 288. 4th floor room, wifi was strong, good size fridge, microwave and induction stove. Air conditioning was excellent, actually had to turn it off a few times (in Houston heat) Room service every day; bed made towels replaced without request. Laundromat available 24hrs (coin operated, can purchase detergent pods from front desk) Facilities kept clean; escalators, the lobby, the parking lot/grounds. Free coffee, minimal breakfast but...

"Our first time at this resort , no one informed us what amenities or activities were in the “resort “ no info on wha as a family u can do here or near. Staff seemed very unhappy with their job as not very helpful if you are a minority. The room they put us had water in the tub and water was leaking out , when asked how my stay was going thru a text I expressed this to a lady named Jessica and she apologized but no solution or anything . Food was ok but they close the bar at 5:00 pm . The pool...
