"Sonesta ES Suites is located next to Galleria. Good location with bars and dining and take-out possibilities close by. Parking at the premises is for free, which is greated compared to neayby options costing 15-25 USD per day. I have stayed at The Royal Sonesta several times before (fully booked this time) so I chose Sonesta ES with the expectations of similar standard and service. But.... Generally it is dated, only one elevator, very noisy aircon, 2 days with no hot water, I have to ask for...

"There isn’t much around to do in the area, you definitely require a car to drive into town. It’s also very empty? Barely saw people in the day time. Besides that, I wasn’t ecstatic about the serve homeless population in this area only reason it caught my attention was because it was visible on every single block maybe 4 miles in each direction. Didn’t feel super safe or willing to walk in town, also please note we are from out of state so this was super different for us to see. Next time would...
