"The owners instructions were clear, simple, and checking in and out was really easy. It would be easy for me to go on and on about the view (it really is that cool), but I need to mention the house too. We loved the decor, and the games and record player were a fun touch too. We didn't cook, but the kitchen is stocked with just about everything you'd need to make whatever you want. This place would be awesome for a summer cookout. "Great place very close to the park and Gatlinburg. The road up is steep but a short drive. You would likely not want to walk to town though. "This was the perfect spot for our annual Memorial Day Weekend trip. Great location and great house. Would recommend! "

"Beautiful place, excellent hosts, fantastic neighborhood. Our only criticism was not being able to make a fire in the fireplace. One of the many reasons we chose this house was the fireplace feature. We also wanted a front porch, updated kitchen, and a spa tub. This place had all of that!"

"For women stayed here for a quick getaway. The location is perfect as we were able to walk to all of the shops, restaurants, wineries and attractions. The house was extremely clean and very well decorated. The host thought of every little detail. The host was extremely responsive and took care of a hiccup that we had immediately. "Stayed with our family. Loved the history, the pictures and the story. Took us back to time spent in our own grandparents’ houses while growing up but with modern conveniences. Would definitely stay again!"

"Our group of 5 stayed for 4 days in March. This property met all of the basic expectations of a good stay: clean beds, fresh towels, plenty of toilet paper. Beyond that:The good:- Hot water was great- House heat was plentiful and quick. - Wifi password was clearly identified on the router (not sure if that is new based on earlier reviews, but it was a non-issue for us)- Roku TV worked perfectly- Kitchen was updated; we only used the fridge, microwave, and Keurig, but everything in the kitchen...

"Our family had a wonderful time to celebrate our grandaughter's graduation. Everyone fished, paddled around on the pond, played cards, relaxed in the hot tub, enjoyed an outdoor fire, let the dog run in the wonderful large yard, relaxed in swings... a great time. There is plenty of room in the house for people to be close together or have quiet time in a secluded corner. This couldn't have been a better spot for us. "

"Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at this property! It was very clean, well decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The home has plenty of space and great amenities. Check in/out was very easy to use. The location is quiet yet close to the town and lake, which was perfect for our weekend getaway. I would highly recommend staying here! "
