"This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. "Huge second-floor apartment right on Commercial Street—easily fits six people. The single bathroom is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom, and the unit is stocked with everything from kitchenware to beach chairs. Each bedroom has its own A/C unit, which our dog appreciated. The two back bedrooms are quiet; we stayed in the front room facing Commercial and while there was some ambient noise, it was never disruptive—especially with the A/C on. Great water pressure,...

"Couldn’t have picked more perfect Hosts. We felt like we stayed at a friend’s home. From the property, neighborhood and the hosts themselves everything was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat! What a gem of a find!"

"The unit was centrally located and great bay windows for watching the scene on Commercial Ave. The back deck is a great space and had a quintessential view of the Pilgrim Monument. The unit has lots of space and is nicely furnished.There was some noise at night from the street and clubs, but I didn't find it too loud or problematic (but I live in NYC and am accustomed to the humm of the street). I thought this was a very nice place for a good price and would recommend it to others. "

Loved having a fridge, microwave and TV for unwinding at the end of the day and the complimentary beach chairs were so great. Patricia is responsive and super helpful, we’ll definitely be back!! "

"My husband and I love the Cape, however this was our first time staying in Falmouth. The room was adequate for our needs. The location to the beach was perfect, and the amazing restaurant located on the property was an extra perk. It was great to watch various age groups enjoy the baseball field throughout the day. Bring your sneakers because the area is great for walking! We would definately stay here again."

"The space was exactly what we wanted while staying in Ptown! The loft was well organized and clean. The location was wonderful for walking to and from restaurants, shops and the beach access. Would highly recommend!"

"This was a great place to stay. The rooms were on opposite sides of the condo. so it felt like we had plenty of space and separate areas to hang out. Location can’t be beat- right in the center of town almost directly across from the pier. Easy to get around. Easy keypad entry. "

"Det var en uhyrlig oplevelse. Vi fik 3 værelser i stueplan og ALLE lugtede så ekstremt fælt at vi straks klagede. Forslag fra receptionist: I kan få en lugtfrisker..... vi kan se om I kan få nye værelser i morgen. Vi besluttede at finde andet hotel Den kemiske lugt, blandet med lugten af urin gjorde at vi absolut IKKE ville overnatte blot én nat ! Da vi havde fundet nyt hotel var receptionen lukket hvorfor vi ikke kunne give besked om vores beslutning. Hotellet ville derfor ikke tilbagebetale for den første nat. ABSOLUT ikke et sted jeg vil anbefale. "
