"This is a really lovely spot, spacious common area (kitchen & living room), and nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a fabulous location across from the beach. We were in town for a wedding & rented two units in the building for extended family, which worked out really well. Everything was as pictured; note is that one bedroom is only accessed through the bathroom or another bedroom, but that was not a problem for us. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions...

"The unit was as advertised. It was very clean and well furnished with comfortable beds. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to the outskirts of Boston and near Franklin Park Zoo which we visited to see Boston Lights. Noise from the upstairs unit was a bit of a nuisance, but overall we had an excellent stay."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 2nd floor space that had everything needed for a 5 day stay. The kitchen was full with dishes, utensils, and cooking gear. Washer and dryer were a plus as well. Our 2 small dogs loved the fenced back yard and the dog park which is a very short walk away. Stores were very close by for any grocery needs. We enjoyed walking to the beach on the Quincy Bay - there are alot of shells there. We also took the train to Fenway, which was really easy. ...

"We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and welcoming. The host Jenny was quick with responding to any messages prior to our stay and during our stay. Great location. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children "

"The property especially the outside area could use some TLC. the trash location in the parking lot was constantly over flowing with soooo many trash bags piled up and falling apart with loose trash all over the ground. Also, the perimeter of the property had cigarette butts and trash all in the mulch. I didn’t like how they let heroin junkies live there with his dog. Always outside smoking cigarettes. Just a bad look. Unfortunately we won’t be staying there again. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. Short drive to catch the Redline or about a 30 min drive to downtown Boston. The hosts were always responsive and accommodating to our needs. We would gladly stay again while visiting Boston."

"Home was immaculate, photos match reality, neighborhood was lovely/walkable to restaurants, and host was very responsive via app messenger. We would definitely stay again. We only rated 4 of 5 due to check in experience (door codes did not match confirmations, no answer to emergency phone line, and parking garage/spots were extremely tight). Host ensured confirmations and emergency numbers will be fixed so we are sure any future guests will have a 5 star experience! "

"Our first impression was a porch that needed work, and an entrance door that needed to be replaced. The property could have been better cared for. The room was clean, and the amenities were sufficient. Contact with the host was good, although we did not receive any instructions until we got there. The neighborhood itself was once very nice, but has certainly degenerated over time; we did not feel completely comfortable as there was much police activity in the area including a knock on our door...

"Rebecca’s place was wonderful. The apartment was incredibly clean, beautifully and creatively decorated with thought and style and the surrounding area was both quaint and picturesque. We spent Labor Day weekend there and experienced “Illuminattion Night” which was very cool. Rebecca made some great recommendations, and although it’s right next to a marina, it was incredibly quiet. We would love to stay again. "
