"Even though this is a third floor, it was very easy to manage with frequent landings. My significant other is 84 years old and he did just fine. The apartment is nicely decorated in each room. Plenty of hot water. My only two wishes were firstly,check out time could be later so we could get up leisurely and make breakfast. Also would have liked an extra throw for the bed.Definitely will return."

"Great place to spend a week (or two) for a solo vacationer (or two). Everything you need to enjoy staying at a short walk from the ocean is there. More importantly, nothing you don't need is not. Nice location, highly recommended!"

"This is definitely the place you want to book when staying in PTown. "

"The space is adorable and well appointed. It was freezing cold out, the place has no insulation and there was no heat source. A space heater would have made a world of difference. There was also a lot of noise from construction going on above and adjacent to me and I was quite surprised when the water had been turned off for several hours in the middle of the day. The construction guys explained that I should have been notified but I was not. "

"My husband and I had to relocate after staying at the property for one week of our two week stay. The furniture in the property was substandard which severely aggravated a previous injury of my husbands. We relocated to a nearby hotel costing us over 800. There was little mention of the 3 flights of stairs to gain entrance to the property. With my husbands injury had we known about this we would have passed on this one. "Our host met us upon our arrival. We got there about an hour later than we expected, but still before dinner. Rick was there and explained every bit of the apartment and it was actually better than described. We were in the area to meet up with friends, and didn’t plan on doing any cooking at the apartment, and that was a shame. The appliances were brand new, including the 6 burner gas stove.
