"We loved our stay at this property! The house is close to the grocery store and activities, but it didn't feel like you are in a main area. The view is wonderful, the outdoor shower is great, the two decks are relaxing and it was the perfect getaway. Kevin is communicative and very quick to reply to any messages!"

"Fantastic view, cant say enough about sunrise and sunset. Nice away from it all spot close enough to places to go fora really good balance. The road in isa back road on the cape going any faster than 5mph will rattle you around but totally worth the slow roll in. "

"Eliza Cottage was the perfect Nantucket retreat—beautifully appointed, cozy, and full of charm. The location was ideal for exploring town, restaurants, shopping, and then returning to relax in peace. Loved the harbor/ beach view! Parking spot was a huge bonus as well!! Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and we felt right at home. Very clean and so many amenities! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a true island escape yet conveniently close to it all!"

"We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. "

"Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!"

"Great little cottage. Perfect location to walk to beach, Main st Hyannis, Cape Cod baseball league game, and harbor. Backyard space was more of a front yard so not much privacy. Wished they had a couple beach chairs for use. Overall, it was a good spot and I would rent again for a short visit."

"Det var en uhyrlig oplevelse. Vi fik 3 værelser i stueplan og ALLE lugtede så ekstremt fælt at vi straks klagede. Forslag fra receptionist: I kan få en lugtfrisker..... vi kan se om I kan få nye værelser i morgen. Vi besluttede at finde andet hotel Den kemiske lugt, blandet med lugten af urin gjorde at vi absolut IKKE ville overnatte blot én nat ! Da vi havde fundet nyt hotel var receptionen lukket hvorfor vi ikke kunne give besked om vores beslutning. Hotellet ville derfor ikke tilbagebetale for den første nat. ABSOLUT ikke et sted jeg vil anbefale. "
